Here are some commonly asked questions amid the coronavirus concern.

Q: Where is my Stimulus Check Payment?

A:  Foothill does not have control of the Economic Impact Payment, aka Stimulus Check. Some Americans will receive their payment from the IRS via direct deposit or via mailed check. The best way to check the status of your impact payment, is by using the IRS tool.

Q. Will I have access to cash if my branch closes?

A. Yes. If we must close our branches temporarily in the interest of public safety, our ATMs will remain up and running. We have organized special ATM service teams to ensure that ATMs remain stocked and operational at all times.

Q. How much cash can I withdraw on a daily basis?

A. Our standard daily cash withdrawal limit is $3,000. To arrange for higher cash withdrawal amounts, please give your branch 48 hour notice.

Q. Will my direct deposit still come in if my branch is closed?

A. Yes. Branch closures will not affect direct deposit or any other operational aspect of Foothill.

Q. Will my debit card still work if the branch closes?

A. In the event of a temporary branch closure, your debit card will continue to function as normal. Rest assured you will still have full access to your account through Online Banking, mobile app, telephone banking, ATM and shared branches that remain open.

Q. Will the Foothill Contact Center continue to operate if branches temporarily close?

A. Yes. Our Contact Center will be open for regular hours during a potential branch closure, and we will add extra staff if necessary to meet higher call volume.

Q. If the branch is closed, how can I make my loan payment, deposit my check, transfer funds from savings to checking?

A. You can access those functions via online banking or through mobile banking. If you have not used online banking or the mobile app, please give us a call. We are happy to walk you through your transaction.

Q. What are you doing in the branches to help keep members safe?

A. We are cleaning community surfaces such as door handles and counter tops multiple times throughout the day. In addition, our team members must stay home from work if they are exhibiting any signs of illness.

Q. What are your branch hours at this time?

A. Our temporary operating hours as listed below:

  • All three branches will be open Monday to Friday, from 9am to 5pm, but temporarily closed on Saturdays
  • Our Contact Center will be available Monday to Friday, from 8am to 5pm, and on Saturdays from 9am – 1pm
