NO CLOSING COST DISCLOSURE
No closing cost options apply to refinances at 80% loan to value and a minimum 740 FICO score only.  Closing costs paid by the lender include credit report, document preparation, tax service, and similar fees.  You are responsible for property taxes, insurance, and homeowner association dues, any required down payment and existing lender payoff fees.  The 5 and 10 Year options are subject to an early closure fee up to $1,500, if the loan is closed within 24 months.  The 30 and 15 Year no cost loans shown are based loan amounts from $300K to $484,350.  Loan amounts $250K - $299,999 add .125 to the rate.  Loan amounts $200K - $249,999 add .25 to the rate.
